Companions Animal Hospital is committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another patient from being seen. Therefore we are asking that our clients please call us at (208) 389-9111 by 2:00pm on the day prior to their scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00pm on Friday.
If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $65 for the missed appointment.
New clients will be asked to leave a $65 deposit to hold their scheduled appointment. This amount will be used at their first appointment. If the appointment is canceled or missed without sufficient notice, this amount is non-refundable.
