Suzie joined Companions in 2005. She loves her job as Office Manager but loves even more the clients and pets that come into the clinic. Her favorite things to do in her free time are taking drives to the mountains to pick huckleberries and morel mushrooms and to take pictures! She also enjoys vacationing at the Oregon Coast. She is fur mom to a cute and stubborn French bulldog names Miss Piggy, who often joins her at work and greets clients at the front desk. Suzie also has two cats, Oliver (who hates Miss Piggy) and Gemma (who enjoys being chased by Miss Piggy).
Sean relocated to Caldwell from western Oregon in 2020, with his partner Erin. They have two beautiful children together, as well as three dogs: Luna the pit bull, and Charlie the scruffy terrier mix and Olive Bean the pug. That said, the house is run by their cat Gobbles, “the fancy gentleman.” When he is not
working, he is spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, snowboarding and mountain biking.
Sean Graduated from Central Oregon Community College’s Veterinary Technician program in 2018 as a certified technician with an Associates of Science Degree in Veterinary Technology.
Jamie is an Idaho native. She graduated from Brown Mackie College as a Certified Veterinary Technician. When she is not at work you can normally find her outside either on a horse, camping, on a paddleboard, or a snowmobile. She has two kids and a Basset hound named Rowdy.
Larissa started working at Companions in 2015 when she moved to Idaho with her husband. She has worked as a veterinary technician since 2002 and is also a certified dental assistant. She enjoys exercising, hunting, fishing and boating. Larissa now works part time so she can take care of her two little twin girls, two dogs, two cats and a bunch of chickens.
Savanna began her career in veterinary medicine in 2022 after graduating Boise State University with a degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Psychology and Spanish. She put her degree to work by starting her own business, Underbite’s Best LLC, where she provides pet care, matching apparel sets and homemade dog treats. Once the business became successful, Savanna realized she wanted to do more for animals – she wanted to heal. Savanna decided to pursue a career as a vet tech to help mend the sick, and finds the deepest meaning in helping our beloved pets cross the rainbow bridge. Savanna is also a kickboxing instructor and loves to be active and inspire others. If she manages to find some spare time, Savanna enjoys spoiling the love of her life Boobasoosa, her wonderful bulldog and face of her company; as well as painting, cooking, and engaging in all things terrifying and spooky.
Devin moved to Idaho in 2021. She has always had a passion for working with animals and loves helping the pet parents that come into the clinic. In her free time she loves reading, crocheting and spending time with her boyfriend Zack and their two cats.
Mackenzie moved to Boise in the summer of 2023 after graduating from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. In addition to a love of dogs and cats, Mackenzie has a passion for wildlife and plans to attend veterinary school in the future to study wildlife medicine. Outside of work she can be found playing flute, backpacking with her boyfriend Noah, or taking hikes with her foster dogs.
Aspen started her career in veterinary medicine in a cat specialty clinic before coming to Companions. She has an associate’s degree in Anthropology and plans on continuing her education to obtain her CVT (Certified Veterinary Technician). Aspen absolutely loves cats. She has four: Hades, Persephone, Iris and Helios. Even though she is a cat lover, she is very passionate about all animals and strives to provide them with the best care.
Amanda is originally from Arizona. She moved to Idaho in 2000 and enjoys looking at the snow versus being in the heat. Ever since she was a little girl, she’s always wanted to work in a field with animals. She loves being in the veterinary field and will be for a while. She has two fur babies: Diamond, an English bulldog and Ruby, a border collie mix. They both definitely like to keep her on her toes. When she’s not at work, she loves gaming with her fiancé, watching movies and shows, reading and most importantly, cuddling her fur babies.
Fletcher was adopted in 2013 from the Wood River Valley Animal Shelter in Hailey, Idaho. He is one of those few dogs that can smile, and when he does, it wrinkles up his nose and makes him sneeze – it’s very funny and endearing. He’s always been a sweet and mellow guy. A genetic test revealed that Fletcher is a mix of Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, and Tibetan Terrier. He loves come to work and greet everyone, especially if they have a treat for him. Outside of work, he loves to go for walks with his dog friends and keep them in line with his mad herding skills
